- 70% of OTE Group employees are working remotely, with VPN and equipment (laptop, headphones) are provided where required.
- In our company workspaces, we follow the state guidelines about protection requirements.
- All of our employees follow the special guidelines on PPEs: use of mask in all spaces, keeping a safe distance, following hygiene rules, using antiseptics and gloves.
- We take all necessary cleaning measures, as well as further cleaning and disinfection of offices and common-use spaces, when required.
- Our Company’s specialised Health & Safety team and medical staff are in direct contact with EODY, and they implement the necessary measures for the protection and safety of employees. Whenever there is a suspicious or positive COVID-19 case in the Group, all the appropriate procedures are followed, in direct contact with EODY and the General Secretariat of Civil Protection.
- In caring for our employees’ mental health, our people and their families have 24/7 access to a mental health hotline, as well as specially designed live webinars.
