Is there any incident regarding violations of company Policies, Procedures or applicable laws that you would like to report? Are you wondering whether to disclose this information or not? We assure you that all cases are handled with discretion and the collection and processing of your personal data is performed confidentially by the responsible employees of the Company who have received special training for this purpose. Before submitting a tip off, please consider the consequences that it may have on the persons involved. Employees or third parties who provide information on wrongdoing or violations of corporate Policies, as well as employees or third parties mentioned or included in those tip offs shall have the right to obtain access to the personal data, to obtain information as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, shall have the right to object, to obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data, as well as to request at any time and without charge the erasure of personal data they have provided under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 679/2016-GDPR). We note that the OTE Group Compliance Office does not undertake the investigation of cases with respect to sensitive personal data in accordance with article 9, par. 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679-GDPR) and in particular, personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation shall be prohibited.
PROTECTION OF THE COMPLAINANT'S ANONYMITY:
The Online Form ensures that the complainant can remain anonymous.
You may also not provide us information that may lead to the disclosure of your identity. We are only interested in the content of the complaint.
USE OF THE COMPLIANCE ONLINE FORM:
In the case of an anonymous report, please give us all the information necessary, since it will not be possible for us to contact you for clarifications and further information to be used during the relevant investigation. Please do not use the Online Form for complaints about products or services of the Company. These complaints should be directed only to Customer Care.
