OTE Group Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy
Being committed to a corporate culture that will embrace and promote the values of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, at OTE Group we adopt the OTE Group Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy (D.E.&I.), for all group employees. The OTE Group Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Policy provides a framework of more specific guidelines that supplement the provisions of the Code of Conduct, the Guiding Principles, and the Code of Human Rights and Social Principles and is aligned with the Group's business objectives and strategy.

General operating framework
Since 2019, OTE Group has been a founding member of the Diversity Charter in Greece. It is an initiative of the European Commission aimed at promoting equal opportunities and diversity in every working environment in Europe and is supported by heads of state, institutions, state bodies, ministries and business associations.
In addition, the formation of all the company's human resources processes such as recruitment, remuneration, development and employee development are governed by meritocracy, transparency and non-discrimination.
The main framework of OTE Group's Labor Relations Policy is based on respect for human rights, fair work, non-discrimination, equal treatment for both men and women and fighting against child or forced labor.
Since January 2020, OTE Group has been included in the Bloomberg LP Gender-Equality Index (GEI), one of the most profound business indexes, in terms of equality and initiatives promoting the position of women in the work environment.
Moreover, in May 2023, OTE Group has signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) of the United Nations. The WEPs are a set of seven guiding principles created by the United Nations Global Compact in collaboration with UN Women and they serve as a roadmap for businesses to promote gender equality and empower women in the workplace, the marketplace and society.
