To this end, we have designed and implemented the COSMOTE “Graduate Trainee Program”, a comprehensive program for attracting talents from market. Our target is talented young people up to 28 years of ages, who hold postgraduate degrees, have a strong vision, passion and commitment to personal development and who are eager to work for OTE Group, the Greece’s largest telecommunication group of companies.
COSMOTE “Graduate Trainee Program” is a unique career starter for young people with potential and prospects. The program aims for participants to gain significant experience in an international working environment, develop their capabilities and talents, and become successful professionals.
The sophisticated selection process involves many demanding evaluation stages. Selected Graduate Trainees embark on an exciting 19-month journey. Through various stops at key business functions within the company, they acquire experience in customer service, participate in demanding individual and group projects, while systematically participating in state-of-the-art training programs. The innovations featured in COSMOTE’s graduate program are the continuous guidance and the feedback from OTE Group’s top management.
The 1st COSMOTE Graduate Trainee Program was successfully completed in early 2017. After an 18-month developmental, job rotational “journey”, spent within key business functions of the company, the 10 Graduate Trainees, who gained important work experience and strong professional networking, took on job roles consistent with their qualifications, their personal preferences and the company needs.
