Born in the city of Grenoble (France) in 1975. He studied Economics specializing in economic analysis and policy (Maîtrise en Sciences Economiques, Mention Analyse et Politique Economiques) at the University Pierre Mendès France of Grenoble (UPMF - Grenoble II) and Applied Foreign Languages (English - Spanish) at the University Stendhal (Grenoble III). He works as a consultant / project manager since 2000 in Greece and, at the European level, in collaboration with prominent organisations and consulting firms (Eurofound, ICT-ILO, ECORYS, GHK, etc.). In this context, he has developed expertise on five fields: a) adjustment of firms operating in network industries (energy, telecommunications and water supply) to the new EU competitive and regulatory environment, b) interconnection of innovation policy and regional development, economics of services, competitiveness of the industrial sector, c) strategic sectors of the economy: banking sector, oil refining sector, conventional and renewable electricity supply, d) anticipation and management of industrial restructuring and issues related to business relocation, e) evaluation of the social impact of companies (CSR). Overall, he has published more than 50 reports and studies in Greek, English and French on the above issues.
