GERMANOS has opened its new 1,100 m2 state-of-the-art service center – designed to the strictest construction specifications – in Parnitha. GERMANOS provides a full authorized service package that covers 11 tech product categories and over 60 manufacturers. The company’s experienced and certified technicians repair over 80,000 devices a year at the company-owned service center, and 60% of repairs are carried out within the day.
With manufacturer-approved equipment, and always with genuine parts, the new GERMANOS Service Center repairs everything from Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, Wearables and Drones to Gaming Consoles, Smart Home devices & Gadgets, wireless and wired devices, audiovisual devices and printers, and even Scooters, Hoverboards & eBikes.
In 2020, GERMANOS stores continued to be the No 1 destination for mobile phone and tech product service.[1] Most repairs (78%) involved replacement of parts (e.g., display, touch screen, camera, battery, microphone, earphones), with software updates[2] also carried out frequently (22%).

GERMANOS invests steadily in ongoing education and training of its technicians under real conditions, with over 6,000 hours of service training annually. The new service center has a special training area, with modern tools and training sessions in the use of state-of-the-art machinery, as well as monthly seminars or supervised training sessions at stores.
G Service GERMANOS
With 20 years of experience in product repair, and using cutting-edge technology, the GERMANOS retail chain gives its visitors a full package of repair services that includes, among other things, a specialised service consultant at every store, immediate in-store repair through the G instant repair service, free 12-point[3] device check-up with the G check up service, and on-the-spot loan of a device using the same operating system, with the G Smartphone now service,[4] for as long as your repair takes. Additionally, every technical check-up or repair includes an offer of free sterilization of the device with ultraviolet (UV-C) radiation.
GERMANOS’s G service package covers faults under and outside warranty. For faults under warranty, repairs are free, and a warranty is provided for good operation of the device following the repair, in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
