In case you wish to exercise your rights, you could send an e-mail to customerprivacy@cosmote.gr with the subject «Exercising right related to Cybersecurity Incident» with a copy of your identity, referencing your name and your mobile number.
COSMOTE will respond to your request within one month of receiving the request. In exceptional cases, this period may be extended by two (2) months if required due to the complexity or due to the volume of relevant requests. In any event, we will inform you of this extension and the reason for the delay.
