- A bonus totalling €1.6 million is going to the technicians and shop personnel who come every day into direct contact with customers during the pandemic
The OTE Group is giving extraordinary cash bonuses, totalling €1.6 million, to the people on the front line who, every day, away from the safety of their homes, not only come into direct contact with COSMOTE subscribers to meet their needs during the coronavirus crisis, but also showed their passion and professionalism over and above the circumstances, in this difficult period.
The bonus will go to over 1,800 front-line employees:
- To technicians whose work requires daily visits to customers’ residences or place of business and carry out their assignments selflessly and with professionalism
- To personnel of the shops which have remained open during the pandemic to meet subscribers’ primary daily telecommunications needs with dedication and ethos
