At OTE Group, we believe that the best-in-class customer experience is important in order to achieve a long term success of an organization. Our priority is that customers receive value, not only from products and services, but also from their entire customer “journey".

In 2019, we focused our effort towards expanding our digital solutions, simplifying and fastening customer request fulfilment and collecting a broad view of customer insights.

We continuously work to simplify processes and reduce the effort needed by its customer in every contact with our company.  Customer satisfaction and loyalty are regularly monitored through outbound calls, where customer’s feedback is retrieved, to improve the processes and services. Selected customer satisfaction survey results are taken into consideration during employees’ performance assessments.
