In 2018, we focused our effort towards expanding our digital solutions, simplifying and fastening customer request fulfilment, collecting a broad view of customer insights and using them in designing customer’s “journey”.
We continuously work to simplify processes and reduce the effort needed by its customers in every customer contact. Customer satisfaction and loyalty are regularly monitored through outbound calls, where customer’s feedback is retrieved, to improve the processes and services. Selected customer satisfaction survey results are taken into consideration during their performance assessments.
