Talent Attraction
& Development Programs

We believe in people with vision, which is why we systematically invest in identifying and developing new talent. “you.grow” is an internal talent attraction program for young professionals within the Group.

This program offers participants the opportunity to develop their skills and explore the Group’s main operational units through an exciting 18-month “journey”. Upon successful completion of the program, all participants are offered jobs based on their qualifications, personal preferences and business needs.

Be part of the “Talent Hub”

Furthermore, as a member of Deutsche Telekom, we give our people the opportunity to register for the “Talent Hub”, the DT Group’s talent attraction program. As a result, they get the opportunity to build up a broad international network of professional contacts, participate in modern learning and training initiatives and, if they are able to move abroad, take on short-term projects, participate in job exchanges or take on a new international role.
