By using the application, the hotel guests may make room service orders, restaurant or other hotel facilities reservations, as well as view available commercial offers, express personal requests, access local travel guides etc. The hotel staff manages guests' requests via tablets, thus maintaining exemplary guests' engagement and expanding numbers of satisfied guests. The application offers direct and in real-time communication between guests and the hotel staff. The guests are given access to hotel services on demand, anytime. In the meantime the hotel staff interacts with them, recommends localized experiences and manages guests' requests efficiently and effectively. Accordingly, a guest may make, easily and in a direct way, a reservation for the restaurant, or the spa services, or the sports facilities, all located in the hotel premises.
Dashboard Management
Receiving and managing guest's requests made to hotel are permitted via the application. The hotel staff receives requests, orders and reservations, monitors operations, communicates with guests, keeps up with updates and also views analytics for the hotel services.
