Why do I receive a charge notification if sending the text message is Free of charge?
Certain devices running Android OS, display a warning message indicating that sending the specific text message may incur charges, because you are sending the text message to a 5-digit number. This is an automated text in the Android OS, however sending a text message to 13033 does not incur any charge.

In order to deactivate this setting, please see the instructions below for each type of device.
Please note that this option will not affect the settings with regards to blocking text messages to 5-digit numbers on your network starting from 19XXX or 54XXX.
How to deactivate text message blocking for 5-digit numbers on Samsung devices
If you have a Samsung device, select Settings, Applications, press the 3 dots in the top right corner, select Special access, and activate Use advanced text messaging.
How to deactivate text message blocking for 5-digit numbers on Huawei devices
On Huawei devices, select Settings, Applications, Permissions, press the 3 dots in the top right corner, select Special access, and activate Premium SMS Access by selecting Messages and Always allow.
How to deactivate text message blocking for 5-digit numbers on Xiaomi devices
If you have a Xiaomi device, select Settings, Passwords & Security, Privacy, Special access to application, and, lastly, Premium SMS Access. If this folder is empty, you will have to download the Google Messages app from the Play Store and choose it as the default.
