Over the past few days, the General Secretariat for Civil Protection has sent out instructions regarding the Coronavirus to our mobile phones via notification. While the option to receive such notifications is already activated in most smartphones, there are some users who have not received these notifications.
Please see below how you can control the relevant setting, depending on the type of device you are using.
If you have an IPhone
If you have an iPhone, then go to Settings, then Notifications, and activate the option at the bottom of the menu.
If you have a Samsung
For those of you using a Samsung device, go to Settings, then Applications, Messages, and, lastly, Notifications.
If you have a Huawei
If you are using a Huawei device, select Settings, Sounds, and then More sound settings.
For any other smartphone, you will have to contact your device manufacturer.
Lastly,
if you do not have a smartphone, you will have to call
112 and ask to be included in the list of corresponding message recipients.
