You cannot consume talk time & SMS to COSMOTE mobiles, landlines and to intracompany and WHAT’S UP destinations. The talk time of the pack After Dark 5000’ as well as the MB of the pack After Dark 10GB are also excluded. Moreover, if you are registered in the student offer you cannot consume the talk time/SMS of the Student packs. Finally, you cannot consume plans that are provided free of charge as part of promotional actions.
The free talk time and the SMS of your plan or pack cannot be used for calls and text messages to countries outside the European Union, short codes, premium numbers and satellite/maritime network services for which the respective roaming charges shall apply.
If you stay in an EU country for a longer period and your mobile phone remains in roaming for a longer period than it did in Greece within a 4-month rolling period, then you will receive an informative text message that will provide you with a 14-day margin until the additional roaming charges apply. If you continue in roaming for a period longer than you did in Greece, then in order to consume the free embedded usage of your plan you will be charged with the following additional roaming charges:
- 0,03€/minute for outgoing calls
- 0,00546€/SMS for text messaging
- 0,002114€/ΜΒ for Internet browsing
- 0,002728€/minute for incoming calls
You will receive a text message as soon as the additional charges start to apply. Finally, the additional charges concern traffic to/from EU networks, with charging step per second for voice and per KB for data usage, whereas for outgoing calls there is a minimum 30-second charge.
The aforementioned prices include 24% VAT. Moreover, a Mobile Telephony Subscribers Fee of 12%, 15%, 18% or 20% shall apply depending on the total amount of the monthly bill (prior VAT) per mobile connection for contract subscribers.
Yes, all COSMOTE Contract, Cost Control and Prepaid subscribers can communicate in the European Union in the same way they do in Greece (under the premise they remain abroad for a longer period or use their mobile phone in Greece more than they do abroad within a 4-month period).
