1. How can I top up the Balance of my prepaid phone via COSMOTE App?

Go to My COSMOTE and without login, easily, instantly and safely, top up your prepaid balance via debit/credit card or a PayPal account!
The procedure is very simple:

  • Click on the tab Payment and Top Up
  • Select Top Up Balance
  • Select the prepaid number whose balance you want to top up
  • Select Payment via Credit/Debit or via PayPal. If you select payment via card, you will need to fill in your card information in order to continue. If you select payment via PayPal, you will be requested to login to your PayPal account.
  • Choose an amount. The minimum amount is 10€.
  • Learn about the terms and click on Accept in order to continue with the top up.

The procedure is completed when the top up receipt is displayed, which you can forward to your email, save or print.

Provided that the prepaid number is listed under your own T.I.N., go to MY COSMOTE and without login, easily and instantly, purchase/activate one of the available talk time, Internet, sms packs.
The procedure is simple:
  • Find the prepaid connection in which you want to activate/purchase a pack
  • Click on the tab Purchase Pack and there you can purchase / activate the talk time, Internet or sms pack you are interested in
3. How can I get notified on the balances of the prepaid connection via MY COSMOTE?

Provided that the prepaid connection is listed under your own T.I.N., go to My COSMOTE and without login, easily and instantly, you can see the available balance in talk time, MB and sms as well as in cash.

4. How long does the cash balance of the prepaid last and when is the connection barred?

The duration period of the cash balance is set at 2 months (60 days) from the last top up of the cash balance. If 2 months (60 days) pass without any balance top up, any remaining cash balance in the prepaid connection will be lost. If 3 months (90) days pass without any balance top up, all incoming and outgoing traffic will be barred (TALK TIME, SMS, INTERNET).

5. What are the conditions in order to include a Prepaid connection in COSMOTE One?

A main condition for the inclusion of a Prepaid connection in COSMOTE One is for the former to belong to the owner of COSMOTE One. Practically, this means that the Mobile Contract or Cost Control connections and the Prepaid connection must be listed under the same T.I.N.

For a Prepaid connection to be considered eligible for inclusion in COSMOTE One, it must be registered in a What’s Up, COSMOKARTA or Frog plan.

At the same time, the connections must obligatorily be in active status (therefore, connections in preactive, deactive and recharge only status are excluded).

6. How many Prepaid connections can participate in COSMOTE One?

You can include up to 2 (two) Prepaid connections in COSMOTE One. The inclusion of a 3rd (third) connection in COSMOTE One will not be allowed.

The customer can replace a Prepaid connection with another one, always adhering to the maximum number of Prepaid connections allowed in COSMOTE One.

7. What benefits does the Prepaid connection gain when it is included in COSMOTE One?

The Prepaid connection, from the moment it is included in COSMOTE One and for as long as it is listed under the plan, enjoys the following benefits:

  • 1.000’ talk time for calls to the Landline of COSMOTE One and to the Contract/Cost Control Connections listed under Cosmote One. The talk time of 1.000’ has charging step set at 3’.
  • Automatic activation of the access of the Prepaid connection to the 4G/4G+ network of COSMOTE.
8. What applies to the 1.000’ of the Landline?

The 1.000’ of the Landline can be used for calls to the Contract/Cost Control Connection and for calls to the Prepaid Connection/Connections and operate cumulatively (as “basket”).

9. What applies to the 1.000’ of the Contract Connection?

The 1.000’ of the Contract Connection can be used for calls to the Landline Connection and for calls to the Prepaid Connection/Connections and operate cumulatively (as “basket”).

10. What applies to the 1.000’ of the Prepaid Connection/Connections?

The 1.000’ of the respective Prepaid Connection can be used for calls to the Landline and for calls to the Contract/Cost Control Connection and operate cumulatively (as “basket”).

11. What is the consumption priority for the free talk time (1.000’) of the Prepaid Connections listed under COSMOTE One?

For voice calls from the Prepaid connection listed under COSMOTE One to the other plan members, the free talk time of the 1.000’ pack will be consumed first.

In relation to the consumption priority at the expiration of the 1.000’ pack, the existing Prepaid rules shall apply.
