What changes in COSMOTE One?
From February 5 2017, Prepaid connections (What’s Up, Frog, COSMOKARTA) can also participate in a COSMOTE One scheme.

NOTE: In relation to the rules for creating a COSMOTE One scheme, these remain unaltered. This means that you need to have a Contract plan with monthly fee higher than 25€ or a Cost Control plan with monthly fee higher than 30€ as well as a COSMOTE Home Double Play plan with Internet access speed of at least 24Mbps.

Including a Prepaid connection to a COSMOTE One scheme is optional.
What are the conditions that must apply in order to include a Prepaid connection to a COSMOTE One scheme?
A main condition in order to include a Prepaid connection to a COSMOTE One scheme is that this connection must belong to the owner of COSMOTE One. This means that the Mobile Contract or Cost Control connections and the Prepaid connection must belong to the same T.I.N.

For a Prepaid connection to be considered eligible for inclusion in a COSMOTE One scheme, it must belong to a What’s Up, COSMOKARTA or Frog plan.

At the same time, the connection must obligatorily be in active status (therefore connections in preactive, deactive and recharge only status are excluded).
How many Prepaid connections can be included in COSMOTE One?
You can include up to 2 (two) Prepaid connections in COSMOTE One. The inclusion of a 3rd (third) connection in COSMOTE One will not be allowed.

The customer can replace a Prepaid connection with another, always complying with the rule concerning the maximum number of Prepaid connections allowed in COSMOTE One.
What are the privileges that a Prepaid connection can enjoy from its inclusion to COSMOTE One?

The Prepaid connection, from the moment of its inclusion in COSMOTE One and for as long as this inclusion lasts, can enjoy the following privileges:

  1. 1.000’ of talk time for calls to the Landline and the Contract/Cost Control connection of COSMOTE One. The 1.000’ talk time have charging step set at 3’.

  2. 10€ Automatic Top Up of Balance, every month, for every Prepaid connection that is included in a COSMOTE One scheme.

  3. Automatic activation of the access of the Prepaid connection to the 4G/4G+ network of COSMOTE.

What are the privileges offered to the existing members of COSMOTE One (Landline and Mobile Contract or Cost Control connection)?

In relation to the Mobile Contract / Cost Control connection and the Landline, the existing 1.000’ acquire as additional destination the Prepaid connection(s). If two Prepaid connections are included in a COSMOTE One scheme, then, the 1.000’ of talk time from the Contract / Cost Control connection and the Landline can be used for calls towards both Prepaid connections.

How does the standing order work?
Via a standing order, every Prepaid connection that is included in COSMOTE One can enjoy an automatic top up of 10€ on its balance. This amount is respectively charged to the bill of the Contract / Cost Control connection that participates in COSMOTE One.

If two (2) Prepaid connections are included in COSMOTE One, then, each of them can enjoy the 10€ top up and the Contract / Cost Control connection is charged with 2 Χ 10€ = 20€.

The amount of the automatic top up of balance is credited to the Prepaid connection (and charged to the Contract / Cost Control connection respectively), for the first time during the inclusion of the Prepaid connection to the COSMOTE One scheme and then every month on the anniversary date at 12:00 noon.
The amount of 10€ is credited in its total to the Prepaid connection?
The amount of 10€ is credited in its total to the balance of the Prepaid connection and includes 24% VAT and Mobile Fee (12%).
To which connection is the Mobile Telephony Fee for the amount of the Standing Order charged?
The Mobile Telephony Fee is calculated and charged to the Mobile Contract / Cost Control connection that participates in COSMOTE One and is calculated on a standard basis at a rate of 12%.
What applies to the 1.000’ talk time from the Landline?
The 1.000’ talk time from the Landline can be used for calls to the Contract / Cost Control Connection and for calls to the Prepaid Connection(s) and are considered cumulative (as “basket”).
What applies to the 1.000’ talk time from the Contract Connection?
The 1.000’ talk time from the Contract / Cost Control Connection can be used for calls to the Landline and for calls to the Prepaid Connection(s) and are considered cumulative (as “basket”).

If a COSMOTE Mobile Family plan is included in COSMOTE One, then the 1.000’ talk time can be used for calls to all connections (MSISDN) of the COSMOTE Mobile Family plan.
What happens if a Prepaid connection is no longer included in the COSMOTE One scheme?

When you remove a Prepaid connection from a COSMOTE One scheme, the following shall apply:

  • The free communication from the Prepaid that is no longer included in the scheme to the other members of the scheme will no longer be valid after the expiry of the active pack.

  • Example: A Prepaid connection is removed from a COSMOTE One scheme. In this case, the 1.000’ talk time that were available to the Prepaid connection for calls to the other members of COSMOTE One will continue to be active until their validity expires (31 days in total).

  • If a Prepaid connection remains in the plan, it will not be affected.

  • Free communication from the Cost Control connection towards the Prepaid connection that is no longer included in the scheme will no longer be valid after the active pack expires.

  • Example: A Prepaid connection is removed from a COSMOTE One scheme. In this case, the 1.000’ talk time that were available to the Cost Control connection for calls to the other members of COSMOTE One will continue to be active until their validity expires (31 days in total).

  • In the next top up, the pack of 1.000’ talk time of the Cost Control connection will no longer be valid for calls to the COSMOTE Prepaid number that is no longer included in COSMOTE One. Free calls to the Contract / Contracts, to the Landline (CLI) and to the other Prepaid connections that remain in COSMOTE One will continue to apply.

  • The free communication from the Contract (s) to the Prepaid connection that is no longer included in COSMOTE One will automatically cease to apply. Free calls to landline and to the other prepaid connections of COSMOTE One will continue to apply

  • The free communication from the Landline to the Prepaid connection that is no longer included in the scheme will automatically cease to apply. Free calls to the contract(s) and to the other Prepaid connections of COSMOTE One will continue to apply

  • The automatic standing order will no longer apply.

What happens if the Prepaid connection is included in a Family Plan?
If a Prepaid connection that is already included in a Family Plan is also included in COSMOTE One scheme, then, it will maintain the privileges of the Family Plan (Standing Order €15 + €3 bonus, for as long as the Family Plan is active) and further acquire those deriving from its inclusion in COSMOTE One (1.000’, 10€ automatic top up and 4G/4G+).
What happens when the Mobile Contract connection enters into Suspension mode?
If the Mobile Contract or the Cost Control connection go into suspension mode, then, the amount of €10 will continue to be charged on the Contract/Cost Control bill and credited to the Balance of the Prepaid Connection(s). The Standing Order will cease to apply only if the COSMOTE One plan no longer exists (for any reason whatsoever).
What are the consequences on the Prepaid connection if COSMOTE One is terminated?

If the COSMOTE One scheme is terminated, the following shall apply:

  • The free communication from the Prepaid to the other members of the scheme will cease to be valid after the active pack expires. In this case, the pack of 1.000’ talk time from the Prepaid to the other members of COSMOTE One will continue to apply until its validity expires (31 days in total).

  • The free communication from the Cost Control connection to the other members of the scheme will cease to be valid after the active pack of the Cost Control connection expires.

  • The free communication from the Contract connection to the other members of the scheme will automatically cease to apply.

  • The free communication from the Landline connection to the other members of the scheme will automatically cease to apply.

  • The automatic standing order will no longer apply.

How is the consumption of the free talk time (1.000') of the Prepaid connections that are included in COSMOTE One prioritized?
For voice calls from the Prepaid connection that is included in COSMOTE One to the other members of the scheme, the free minutes from the 1.000’ pack will be consumed first.

After the consumption of the 1.000’ talk time of the pack, the standard rules of Prepaid shall apply.
How can the owner of a Prepaid connection get notified on the available balance of the 1.000’?
The owner of a Prepaid connection can get notified on the balance of the 1.000’ that were given to him via the Bill Control service, by sending the text message Y to 1330.
