Netflix is adjusting the prices of its three packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) starting on 15/11/2024. For subscribers of Netflix packages through COSMOTE TV (both new and existing), the following will apply:
From 01/06/2025 for the 12-month commitment package
From 01/12/2025 for the 24-month commitment package
The new prices of the three Netflix packages effective on the above dates will be:
The price increase will take place according to the following dates stated below, simultaneously for all existing subscribers as well as for any new customers who acquire the service from that point onwards.
For COSMOTE TV & Netflix combo packages,the Netflix price increase (Basic, Standard, Premium) will take effect:

You will be notified in time, one (1) month before the new price is implemented, via SMS sent to the number you have provided for updates and in your COSMOTE TELEKOM bill.
You can choose another Netflix package either during the initial order or later through COSMOTE TELEKOM or Netflix. Regardless of your initial selection with COSMOTE TELEKOM once you create your account, Netflix will prompt you to choose a package (Premium, Standard, or Basic).
To change your package after creating your account, log in to your account on Netflix.com, visit the Netflix Account page, select "Change Plan," and choose one from the available packages.

Upon completing your order with COSMOTE TELEKOM, you will receive an SMS with a personal link to create your Netflix account. This link is personal to your subscription and should not be forwarded to others. After creating your account, Netflix will again prompt you to choose a package. Please make sure you select the correct package and pricing that better addresses what you are looking for.

Yes, you can. When you receive the account activation link from COSMOTE TELEKOM, then you have to login with your existing Netflix credentials (username / password).
In this case, if you had originally created your account directly on the Netflix website, the charges from Netflix will be discontinued as soon as you complete this connection.
COSMOTE TELEKOM does not have access to your existing Netflix account during the order process and cannot automatically link it. To avoid double charges, we encourage you to complete this connection as soon as you receive the SMS for creating your account via COSMOTE while keeping your existing Netflix profile.
The COSMOTE TV & Netflix bundle packages come with a 12-month or 24-month commitment, depending on the package. If you no longer want the combo package, you can request a conversion to a COSMOTE TV package of similar content. A termination fee applies for the Netflix service as per the COSMOTE TV & Netflix combo package price list. If you wish to terminate the entire bundle package, an additional termination fee applies for the COSMOTE TV service. If you activate Netflix as an additional service, you can terminate it anytime without any charges.

If you don't remember the email address you used to register or think you might have entered it incorrectly, check if you are logged in to Netflix on the device used for registration.
