You have COSMOTE Business Email and COSMOTE Business Cloud Storage with registration in www.cosmotecloud.gr. When this email is enabled it provides up to (15) fifteen email accounts of the form user@company.gr with 40GB storage space. If there is no valid domain name, on behalf of the client, emails of form username@companyname.cosmotemail.gr. are provided. The COSMOTE Business Email and COSMOTE Business Cloud Storage service is free only one per customer / VAT.

(1) In order to activate e-mail of the form user@company.gr, a domain name is required from the subscriber, which will be served by the DNS servers of OTE.
(2) In regards to packages with 1 Static IP, OTE does not allow DNS, Web & Mail Server operation onsite, but offers total DNS service, and DNS service for Web & Email Hosting to any Web & Mail Hosting Provider. If the additional 16 Static IPs are selected in the Web Pack & Static packages, OTE will provide an overall DNS service, and can support Web & Mail Hosting Server at the customer site, if the customer wishes.
(3) The creation of website is done by choosing from a large number of professional website themes.
(4) The subscriber has always 3 (three) connectivity options: DSL, I Landline with 1 or 2 channels. Two concurrent connections are not allowed (Landline with 1 or 2 channels/ADSL-VDSL). Connection to Landline with 1 or 2 channels has an additional charge of EPAK.

Conditions :

All the above packages require a 12 month commitment period (in case of withdrawal before the expiration of the 12 month period, an early termination fee of 81.41 € - VAT 24% included - is applied)
Prices are monthly and include 24% VAT but they do not include the fixed cost of the telephone line which is 16.14€ for Landline with 1 channel, 20.70€ for Landline with 2 channels and 22.92€ for Landline with 2 channels DDI.
Prices include the Fixed Telephony Subscribers Tax which is calculated at 5% of the total bill, including the monthly subscription fee before VAT. The Fixed Telephony Subscribers Tax does not apply to once-off fees.
Activation of OTE Business ADSL - VDSL service requires an active Landline with 1 or 2 channels or Landline with 2 channels DDI.
COSMOTE Business programs Web Pack & Static, offers optional 16 Static IPs with a charge of 12.10 € (VAT 24% included/month)

The COSMOTE Business Email and COSMOTE Business Cloud Storage service is free only one per customer / VAT.

The equipment, Wi-Fi modem – router:

Is being provided only to new Internet connections as well as conversions between the provided technologies (from Landline with 1channel to Landline with 2 channels)
In case of hardware failure of the wireless equipment (for which the customer is not responsible) after sales support is offered at no extra cost.
In case of deactivation the modem-router must be returned to OTE within ten (10) working days. Otherwise, there will be a charge, based on the current pricelist € 24.80 or € 55.35 for ADSL or VDSL modem - router respectively (VAT 24% included)
