Monitoring and Alerting

  • 24-hour monitoring of your business systems to identify security incidents
  • Update security incidents based on SLA. Provision of instructions via phone for investigating and dealing with the incident and, if necessary, on –site visit from OTE Group experts.
  • Ability to monitor your infrastructure (logs, incidents and reports) through a specialized Security Web Portal
  • Possibility to maintain your logs (log retention) for a predermined period of time
  • Timely notification via e-mail, newsletter and webcasts on new security threats, known attacks, updates and developments related to you business equipment.
Device Management
Complete management of the security systems you have chosen for your business, which includes:
  • Making remote setups of the parameters of your safety systems (Change Requests)
  • Hardening (Strengthen security settings)
  • Ιnstalling updates
  • Ability for on-site visits from specialized OTE Group engineers in order to check the proper operation and configuration of your business security systems
  • Checking for notifications on specific device updates, patches, security issues, 0-day attacks, etc.
Provision of COSMOTE Managed Security Services is based on the operation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) with qualified and certified engineers working in shifts 24x7x365, equipped with the most modern Security Information Event Management (SIEM) platform that provides the option to collect and correlate logs from the managed security devices available to your business.
