We operate and handle complex business applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft among others) in order to support our own business and also support small medium businesses and large enterprises needs across the industries (telco, manufacturing, health, utilities) in both private and public sector.
Depending on the application complexity, extent, windows support (8x5, 12x5, 12x7, 24x7) and service class, we undertake both Ticket related or Non-ticket related activities such as :
- Automation (depending on the application specifics)
- Release management/execution
- Event management (monitoring checks implementation)
- Reporting implementation (depending on the SLAs)
- Operators (shifts for operational monitoring activities)
