OTE offers its’ customers a range of technologically sophisticated products and services through an extensive branch network, in order to meet all of its customers’ needs and expectations.  Currently, the OTE Store Network comprises:

  • 202 OTESHOP stores (Telecommunications Commercial Stores, nationwide coverage) 
  • 18 OTESHOP stores (Franchises)
  • 440 GERMANOS stores 

Additionally, OTE provides services throughout affiliated stores’ networks: MULTIRAMA, COSMOTE, WESTERN UNION, PLAISIO, INFOQUEST, IST, SMELTER, MEDIA MARKT, VALUENET, INTERTECH, ILEKTRONIKI.

Moreover, OTE also offers its services to customers by telephone. Specifically:

OTE’s specialised ADSL help desk, which provides technical support on how-to-connect-equipment; this service has achieved high levels of customer satisfaction, as high as 80%.

OTE Business Customer Service – Call Centres servicing corporate and business customers, offering one-stop telephone customer service for commercial and technical issues, as well as the systemic interconnection of the constituent OTE Business Customer Service sub-groups, call routing through a state-of-the-art call centre and improved customer application response procedures. In 2010, OTE Business Customer Call Centres received 82.546 calls regarding technical issues (web hosting, DNS services, IPVPN, etc) and 60.249 calls, regarding other, commercial issues (Audio- video conferences, contract renewals, etc).

Store Certifications


In 2010, the number of OTESHOP (Telecommunications Commercial Stores) certified according to the ELOT EN ISO 9001:2008 standard (quality management system), stood at 127 nationwide. The certification process ensures the provision of quality controlled services, which undergo continuous re-assessment and improvement.
