2010 Corporate Responsibility Survey

In the framework of dialogue with all of its Stakeholders, in 2010 OTE continued to conduct a survey, a reliable questionnaire tool, with the participation of NGOs, employees, media and investors, aiming to investigate the degree of knowledge regarding the Corporate Responsibility actions implemented by the company. The findings of the survey are presented briefly in the following tables:

NGOs

NGOs opinion on OTE is highly affected by the adoption of CR programs 80%
The implementation of the CR Program has a very high impact on NGOs’ opinion for ΟΤΕ 85%
NGOs consider issues regarding internet safety as very important 80%
For NGOs, a company must have positive influence over the communities where it conducts its business activities 65%
NGOs believe that OTE currently focuses its efforts on training and bridging the Digital Gap 45%

For the media, the C.R. issue is a relatively popular article theme nowadays 45%

The media assess that OTE’s CR actions are equally important as the actions implemented by its competitors 54%

Investors

The investors have “little” knowledge regarding OTE’s CR’s actions 70%

The evaluation of the findings from the Survey provides feedback for “Building Ties” with stakeholders and for further development of the constructive dialogue in the following years.
