Free Units Service for COSMOTE Internet On The Go

More specifically, the "Free Units" service informs you via a text message according to the tariff plan contract of your connection on:

• the remaining free integrated usage of your tariff plan in MB
• the issue date of your next bill by which the above remaining usage is applicable
• the date and time of last update of the system.

The service is available for COSMOTE Internet On The Go 100MB, 500ΜΒ, 1GB,2GB,3GB,5GB, 10GB and Student tariff plans as well as for non-commercially available COSMOTE Internet On The Go 200GB, 300MB, 1GB ΠΑΛ.

To find out the remaining usage (MB) of your tariff plan, just send a free SMS from your computer (the connection management application) with text "1" to 1256.

• 138 38 from your mobile with a residential tariff plan or Cost Control or Prepaid or 69710 138 38 from a fixed line.

Clarifications

• The "Free Units" service informs you about the remaining free integrated plan usage up to the date of issuing of next account based on the last update of COSMOTE systems and considering the usage from the start of the billing month until the last full session (by disconnection of the subscriber from the network) and not the usage session in progress
• In case of service unavailability due to technical problems an informative message is sent accordingly
• Any usage information not listed for any reason in the information systems of COSMOTE at the time of request to service will not be included in the informative message
• In case of change of billing date or tariff plan or service from Wireless Internet to Wireless Intranet (or vice versa), the service will be temporarily unavailable and an informative message will be sent accordingly. Service will be again available after issuing of the first bill since completion of change
• The "Free Units" service is not provided with COSMOTE Internet On The Go tariff plans which do not include free integrated usage (MB)
• This service is provided to corporate customers only if one of two services, Wireless Intranet (for access to a corporate network interconnected with COSMOTE network), or Wireless Internet is enabled while it will not be provided when both services are enabled in the same connection. Also, "Free Units" service is not available if Wireless Intranet Plus service is enabled.
