Top Up your WHAT'S UP
You can top up your WHAT'S UP simply and quickly, by purchasing a Top Up Card from the WHAT'S UP points of sale all over Greece.There are five (5) Top Up Cards:
- 5€
- 10€
- 15€
- 20€
- 30€ with 3€ bonus extra airtime
After purchasing a card, call 1314 from your mobile phone (free of charge) or call 697 100 1314 from a landline and, in accordance with the instructions printed on the back of your card, dial the 16-digit code printed on the card. You can also top up by sending a free SMS message to 1314 with the text “ΑΝΑ” and the 16-digit code printed on the Top Up Card. Thus the value of the card will be added to your airtime balance, and the duration of your WHAT’S UP connection will be renewed for another 12 months.
You can, also, top up any value you like from 5€ to 100€, at any COSMOTE or GERMANOS store. Every time you use “Any Value Top Up”, you gain extra free airtime:

- If you have a bank account with Eurobank, you can top up your WHAT'S UP through a direct charge to your account by making a free call to Europhone Banking (210 9555000) from your mobile phone on a 24-hour basis.
- If you have a bank account with Alpha Bank that is linked to a card issued by the same bank, you can top up easily using the Alpha Bank ATMs on a 24-hour basis. Just follow the instructions on the ATM screen. If an ATM is unable to issue a receipt, Alpha Bank will not allow the transaction and will notify you with a relevant message.
ATTENTION: If you try to make a call when you have already run out of airtime, you will be notified by a relevant sound message.
