The Account Manager (Personal Corporate Advisor) is your personal advisor, holds the responsibility for suggesting the appropriate plan that will meet the telecommunication needs of your company. The advisor will work close to you, will be informed about your expectations and will advise you in the most reliable way, so you can:

Account Agent

The Account Agent of your business (Business Customer Care Representative) is the person in charge to cover your needs, anytime you wish, willing to assist you by telephone, and handle immediately and effectively whichever request you may have, such as:

  • Switch in Tariff Plans
  • Activate or deactivate a service
  • Provide you with analytical information concerning the services you have activated and the operation of your handset, willing to solve with responsibility and clarity any request you may have
  • Change your business data (eg. Address, payment method)
  • Clarify any query concerning your monthly bill or the charge of the services
  • Declare the loss or theft of your handset or your SIM card and activate the call barring service.

In order to be served, you can call for FREE at 13839 over your COSMOTE business mobile phone, or at +30 697 10 138 39 in case you are abroad, charged according to the foreign network pricelist, plus 10%. In addition, you can contact the number 138 39 in order to call over landlines and mobile numbers of another network, charged as set by the network provider by whom you make the call.
