Free Units Service
COSMOTE offers you the Free Units Service, so that you can always be informed about the remaining free units available on your COSMOTE Internet Any Way tariff plan!More specifically, the «Free Units» service provides you information via a text message, depending on the tariff plan activated, about:
- the remaining free MB of your tariff plan
- the issue date of your next bill
- the date and time of the last system update.
The service is available on the tariff plans of COSMOTE Internet Any Way 2GB and 5GB.

In order to receive information on the remaining free units of your tariff plan, simply send a free SMS with the text “1”, over your computer (through the management software) to 1256.
For further information, you can call the Customer Care Service of COSMOTE, at the following numbers:
- 138 38, over a COSMOTE mobile phone if you are a Tariff Plan, Cost Control or Prepaid subscriber, with a charge of 0,123€/call, or
- +30 697 10 138 38, in case you are abroad, with the charge of the current Roaming pricelist of COSMOTE for outgoing calls to Greece.

Clarifications
- The «Free Units» service informs the subscriber of the remaining free units available to use, up to the issue date of the next bill, based on the COSMOTE last system update made, taking into account the use made by the beginning of the billing month to the last full session (the subscribers is disconnected to the network) and not the session in progress
- In case of unavailability of the service due to technical problems, you will receive an informative text message
- Any usage information that is not listed in the information systems of COSMOTE, at the time of the service request, will not be included in the informative message
- In case of a change on the bill issue date or change on the tariff plan or change to the service of Wireless Internet to Wireless Intranet (or vice versa), the service will be temporarily unavailable and you will be sent an informative message. The service will be again provided after the issue of the first bill, by the completion of the change
- The service is provided to Business Customers only if the service of Wireless Internet or Wireless Intranet is activated (to access the company network interconnected to the COSMOTE network) and not if both services are activated. Furthermore, the «Free Units» service is not provided when the Wireless Intranet Plus service is activated.
