The new service, COSMOTE Easy Transfer, now enables you to top up the balance of Prepaid, Cost Control and COSMOTE Internet On The Go Prepaid subscriptions, simply and easily with your mobile!
Furthermore if you are a Tariff Plan subscriber participating in Family Pack, your beloved persons can benefit from a Bonus of 20% talk time, each time you top up their balance.
Easy Transfer for Tariff Plan subscribers
If you are a Tariff Plan subscriber, all you have to do is send an SMS text to 1219, free of charge, stating the amount, the word “STO” and the COSMOTE mobile number to which you wish to transfer the amount.
For example, if you wish to transfer €10 to a Prepaid subscriber with the number 69XXXXXXXX, simply send the following SMS to 1219:
10 STO 69XXXXXXXX
You can choose to transfer one of the following amounts: 5€, 10€, 15€, 20€ και 30€. The amount that you will transfer will be debited automatically to your account.
Alternatively, you can proceed with the transfer by dialing 13838, by visiting a branch of the COSMOTE Network or on line through COSMOTE My Account.
Easy Transfer for Prepaid and Cost Control subscribers
Do you want to transfer credit to another subscriber?
Simply call 13838, state the amount and the COSMOTE mobile number to which you want to make the transfer.
Have you “run out” of talktime and you need to top up your balance?
COSMOTE Easy Transfer service offers you the ability to request a top up from a COSMOTE Tariff Plan subscriber!
Simply send an SMS to 1219, free of charge, stating the amount, the word “APO” and the COSMOTE mobile number, from which you request the transfer. For example, if you want to request €5 from the subscriber with the mobile number 69XXXXXXXX, send the following SMS:
5 APO 69XXXXXXXX
The amount options available are the following: 5€, 10€, 15€, 20€ και 30€. The subscriber from which you request the transfer, will be informed via an SMS. If he/she chooses to proceed with your requested transfer, you will also be informed via an SMS, which will confirm the amount transfer.
