Call forwarding

Make your everyday life easier by forwarding incoming calls to your mobile phone to any other phone of your choice!

To ensure that no calls to your mobile phone are missed, with the COSMOTE Call Forwarding Service you can divert incoming calls to any telephone number of your choice.

Your calls will be diverted when:

1. Your handset is deactivated
2. Your line is busy
3. You are unable to answer a call
4. You have activated the automatic call forwarding option for all your calls. If you have done so, you will no longer be informed from your mobile phone, until you deactivate the automatic call forwarding option.

Please note that incoming call forwarding will supersede all other types of forwarding!

To program or cancel any type(s) of call forwarding you have chosen, use the settings available in your handset MENU, after consulting its user guide, or type the special GSM 1800 codes, or follow the instructions listed below:

For all COSMOTE tariff plans activated after 08/12/2010 the Call Divert Service will not be available for international destinations. COSMOTE retains the option to activate the Call Divert Service for international destinations after a request by the customer. Please call 13838 for additional information.
Furthermore the Call Divert Service is not available for specific international destinations for all COSMOTE suscribers . The service will be unavailable both in Greece and during roaming abroad.
