If you receive malicious calls from unknown numbers the Malicious Calls Tracking Service is the solution.
The Malicious Calls Tracking service offers you:
- Information (hard-copy list) on all your incoming lists (callers’ MSISDN)
By activation the Service, subscribers that call you with their numbers not shown:
- Will hear an IVR message *, informing them that their number will appear on your mobile phone screen
- If they end the call during the IVR message, your mobile phone will neither ring nor you will be informed on the caller’s number
* IVR message: This message is free of charge.
We would like to inform you that the person you are calling has asked that Calling Line Identification Restriction is not valid for his/her number in order to trace malicious calls made.
In case you want to proceed with the call after the sound, your phone number, your connection’s MSISDN, the time, date and duration of the call will be available to the subscriber you are calling.”
