If there are certain incoming or outgoing calls that you do not want to receive/place, activate the COSMOTE Call Barring Service
To have full control over who calls you, or who you call, you can activate the COSMOTE Call Barring Service for your incoming or/and outgoing calls, by following the instructions provided below:

*In case you have activated the Call Barring from blocked numbers, the subscribers calling you will listen for free an informative message (in Greek), that their call is not feasible.
It is clarified that the incoming call barring from blocked numbers:
- refers to calls for which the calling subscriber has chosen to hide his/her number, and not to numbers that may not appear in full (e.g. call centers)
- is not available while roaming
In this way, you can select the call barring type that you wish, or select a permanent call barring type.
Activation and deactivation of permanent call barring is performed only by COSMOTE Customer Care.
Call barring ΡΙΝ is 1234.
To change it
- Dial **03** Old barring code
- Dial * New barring code *
- Dial New barring code #
- Press SEND
If the process of changing barring code fails (e.g. in case an error is made in giving the old or the new barring code), the old barring code will continue to be active until the process is completed successfully.
If the barring code is entered wrongly 3 times please call COSMOTE Customer Care.
