Never miss a call when you talk on your mobile phone with the Call Waiting service.
To make sure that you miss no calls while speaking on the phone, activate the COSMOTE Call Waiting Service. The Service will notify you about the incoming call, while you are talking, with a distinctive double sound, and an visual signal will appear on your screen to indicate the new call. After seeing who is calling, you can put your first caller on hold and answer the second call; then you can switch from one call to the other as often as you like, whereas you can also end either call.
If your line is busy and, in addition to the Call Waiting Service, you have activated the Call Forwarding Service (for missed calls), you will be notified about the second incoming call. However, if you do not choose to put the first caller on hold and answer the second call, the second call will be diverted to your voice mailbox or any other number you have already chosen.
