Where can I call using COSMOTE Traveller's privileged rates?
When travelling in one of the countries above, you can use COSMOTE Traveller's privileged rates to:
- make calls to Greece
- make (local) calls within the country you are travelling in
- make calls to countries in Eurozones A and B
They do not apply for calls to countries outside Eurozones A and B, to satellite networks, maritime and non-terrestrial communication systems, premium charge services, video and data/fax calls.
Besides my tariff plan's Free Talk time, can I also use the Free Talk time offered by additional services?
For outgoing calls you can use your tariff plan's Free Talk time, but you cannot use the Free Talk time offered by some additional services, such as:
- Services for businesses: COSMOTE to international lines, COSMOTE to Fixed and COSMOTE Business Value
Can I use my Free Talk time for calls to COSMOTE numbers offered by the COSMOTE BUSINESS Unlimited tariff plans when abroad?
Your Free Talk time is always used for calls towards other national mobile telephony networks. Unlimited Free Talk time for calls to other COSMOTE mobiles, fixed and COSMOTE company phones can be used only when you are in Greece.
How are outgoing calls charged when I do not have any more Free Talk time available or if my tariff plan does not include Free Talk time (e.g. COSMOTE Unlimited 15)?
In these cases the charge for national calls is applied, in addition to the 0.83€,1.50€ or 2.58€ charge per call.
What is the charge if an incoming call lasts longer than one hour?
If an incoming call lasts more than one hour, it is charged for its entire duration, in accordance with any applicable roaming service pricelist for incoming calls, without the additional 0.83€, 1.50€ or 2.58€ per call.
